We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If you find yourself needing to make a return, we've made it our mission to make it as easy as possible. First, read through our Returns Policy to get the ball rolling.

Returns Policy

An RMA is required for all returns. You can receive an RMA by calling your Account Manager or by calling our Returns Administrator (877-522-5431 or 336-714-0448) between 8 am - 5 pm EST.

If you need an exchange, you will be charged for merchandise on its way out and then credited as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Freight collect C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, if returnable. Products older than 60 days must be approved before being returned. Please allow 5-10 business days for package transit domestically and 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. International returns will take longer for package transport.

Please mark the RMA number on the packaging as well as on the return slip inside the box. Returns should be mailed to:
